This was an Event that included an amazing Malbec Blue lemon combination wine that we put together rather quickly. While these came together rather nicely, it easily became something we have been enjoying in situations like this for quite awhile now.
The start of Tuesday night was the end to a wonderful and and fulfilling Tuesday evening. Now we have a solid routine that we do each and every Tuesday. Dinner is not always the most planned out meal as we are working on building our business along with the business of so many of our “other”family members. Tuesday Nights are when we do our Student Instructor calls and each and every one of them is unique, with very few exceptions.
Things got off to a “SUPER AMAZING Start” and it was rapidly apparent that dinner had to be ready by the end of the call. So, We took a look at our growing collection of Fine Wines from our very own Wine of the Month Club. I looked over a favorite Malbec – one that came from Argentina. I found the Tasting Notes in the box. This is something that makes decisions as well as solutions a lot simpler. As we were already on the path to find a perfect “Take Out” for “Delivery at Dinner” this was surely going to be an “Event”.

Malbec Tasting Note
Malbec is an extremely versatile Wine when paired with food. You can enjoy it with Roast Duck, Pasta, meatballs and tomato sauce, It also goes quite well with BBQ Ribs. Just be sure that the food has bold flavors to stand up to the firm taste of the wine.
I then began to hunt, looking through options between our two favorite food delivery services. Those being Doordash and Grubhub. Today Doordash got the delivery nod as their food services with Blue Lemon Malbec matched perfectly.

Let me mention that our usual “Take Outs” are usually “Delivery” now.
There We were, all 3 of us enjoying an “Event.” This turned out to be the greatest Take out Delivery food that paired with our Fine Malbec wine. Our Malbec blue lemon Food Event was on. The food promptly arrived and we had the wine already opened to let it breathe a little, to be enjoyed along with the very tasty food. The pairing proved to be divine and left us feeling complete and utterly happy. The Korean Style Beef and the Seafood Lemon Pepper Pappardelle tastes were both bold. FINE WINE TO THE RESCUE…
Enough so that they complimented and combined well with each other. I enjoyed the wine greatly, and even helped to finish it off. Thankfully there is more in the cellar and we will look at repeating this “Event” in the near future. The flavors mingled together well within our mouths. I know we all had big grins adorning our faces as we ate and drank the entire meal time. This is ALMOST the best part—- Easy clean up! Then We were off to the rest of our evening.This was a a great way to end Tuesday Night!
